Proof of maternity


Recipients must undergo a health check before the child’s birth and provide proof of pregnancy/maternity. Applications are accepted after the 7th month of pregnancy, supported by a certificate from a doctor or maternity clinic. Alternatively, parents can apply up to the baby’s 3rd month, providing a copy of the birth certificate.

NJ Residents

All applicants must be residents of New Jersey at the time of pregnancy or maternity to be eligible. Applicants must provide a valid New Jersey address with their application for consideration. However, out-of-state applications from New York City, NY, and PA will be reviewed and potentially granted under certain circumstances.

First-time mothers

If you are experiencing financial hardship during your first pregnancy you are eligible to apply for a maternity package. Please note that repeated requests within the same family are not permitted. Additionally restrictions may apply if there are multiple children in the family.

Submitting an application does not guarantee receipt of a Baby Bundle Box. It’s important to note that maternity packages are contingent upon the availability of donations to supply essential items. Variations in package contents may occur based on received donations.

We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may arise from its use. It is crucial to exercise responsibility when using the Baby Bundle.

📸 Photo & Media Release

By submitting this application, you grant Baby Bundle Inc. permission to use photos or videos taken during delivery for promotional, educational, and fundraising purposes (including website, social media, and print materials). Note: You may request to have your face or family members’ faces blurred/obscured by notifying us prior to or at delivery. Opting out will not affect your eligibility to receive a box.

⚠️ Important Application Requirements

Completing this application does not guarantee you will receive a Baby Bundle Box. Please review the criteria below before applying.

1. Eligibility

  • Financial Hardship: Must be in need of baby essentials (0–12 months).

  • First-Time Mothers: Primary packages are reserved for first-time mothers. (Exceptions made for families with older children, large pregnancy gaps, domestic abuse, relocation, or homelessness.)

2. Location & Residency

  • Must currently reside in New Jersey , applicant must be home to receive package or pick up the package

  • Delivery location must be within a 1-hour drive from Bergen County, NJ.

3. Application Timing & Documents

  • During Pregnancy: Apply during or after your 7th month. Requires a medical certificate/letter confirming your progress and a pre-birth health check.

  • After Birth: Apply up until the baby is 3 months old. Requires a copy of the official Birth Certificate.

 

Important  Notice: Baby Bundle never charges any money for applications, nor do we sell baby bundle boxes or accept payments in exchange for assistance. Our services and packages are always 100% free. Please do not fall victim to scams. If anyone asks for money in exchange for a Baby Bundle box, please report it to us immediately.

As a small nonprofit organization, we review each application on an individual basis. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, as assistance depends on eligibility and the availability of supplies, donations, as well as volunteers who deliver the maternity packages.
